Tyler oversees residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure concrete projects with a strong focus on quality, safety, and operational excellence.
With more than 20 years of executive leadership in fire and emergency services, including service as Fire Chief, Tyler brings a disciplined, performance-driven approach to large-scale project delivery, regulatory compliance, and risk management. He is a State-Certified Fire Inspector and Certified Fire Investigator, providing deep expertise in building codes and life safety standards.
Immersed in construction from an early age, Tyler assumed leadership of his family business and now directs high-volume concrete programs supporting data centers, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, municipal infrastructure, and institutional campuses for The Curatola Group.
Known for his operational rigor and team-focused leadership, Tyler ensures consistent execution, accountability, and long-term performance across all concrete operations.
